Hi, I’m Leandra.
I help mission-driven women build success on their own terms: their freedom, their fulfillment, their mission.

My mission chose me before I chose it.
I’m the granddaughter of Mexican migrant workers, raised in Roswell, New Mexico, in a hard-working family where everyone did their best to make ends meet. Nobody around me had built a business, gone away to college or been told that big success was for them.
I questioned that. I couldn’t accept that some people got to go after their dreams while others had to live with the cards they were dealt.
Then I spent fifteen years in a kindergarten classroom. Over and over, I watched the moment a child’s certainty about who they are goes quiet.
I saw it hundreds of times, and it became my life’s work to reconnect people to the truth of who they are.
The day I became Leandra Rose.
At thirty, in the middle of a divorce, I collapsed on my living room floor. I thought I was dying. Instead of calling for help, I surrendered to it, and my old identity dissolved.
When I came back, I had a new name: Leandra Rose. I’ve trusted the fires of initiation ever since.
In 2025, another initiation came without warning: a cancer diagnosis, a plane to Egypt two days after the call, and six months of treatment. In that forced stillness, I finally saw my most stubborn pattern. I was still trying to prove myself and do it all alone, instead of letting myself receive.
One night partway through treatment, I decided to let go of the unworthiness for good. The circumstances didn’t change that night. I did.
So I’m back, with a few more scars and an even deeper respect for what it takes to become who you came here to be.

I thought I just needed concrete tips on how to be an entrepreneur, but she helped me dig underneath the surface for a deeper transformation.
