Welcome to leandrarose.com (the "Site"), operated by Sovereign Success LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, joining our email list, or purchasing any workshop, program, or service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We offer educational and transformational content and experiences, including digital somatic workshops, online programs, free and paid events, weekly email teachings, and private 1:1 facilitation and mentorship (together, the "Services").

Not Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice

Our Services are educational and experiential in nature. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or professional advice of any kind, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified professional. Somatic and breathwork practices can be physically and emotionally activating; you are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before participating, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, a history of seizures, severe mental health conditions, or any other condition that may be affected. By participating, you confirm you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

No Guaranteed Results

Testimonials and examples on this Site reflect real client experiences, but results are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your unique background, circumstances, participation, and effort. You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Payments & Refunds

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and processed securely through Kajabi Payments or PayPal. For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments; access to materials or sessions may be paused or revoked for missed payments.

Refund policy: Because our digital workshops and programs provide immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. For 1:1 containers, refund and rescheduling terms are set out in your client agreement. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Services — including workshops, recordings, hypnosis audio tracks, written materials, methods (including Somatic Alchemy), and branding — is owned by Sovereign Success LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own private use. You may not copy, share, resell, record, teach from, or redistribute any materials without our written permission. Sharing login access is prohibited.

Your Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information in applications and purchases, and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site. We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates these Terms or whose participation we determine is not an appropriate fit, with a pro-rated refund where applicable for services not yet delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Success LLC, its owner, and its contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools (such as scheduling and payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
