As a novice who has only meditated a handful of times, I wasn’t sure what to expect during my session. Leandra created a warm, welcoming environment wherein I felt supported and safe. The group breathwork sessions are are wonderful introduction if you’ve not tried breathwork before. It can be a bit intimidating but Leandra is there to guide you through the entirety of the work. Everyone in attendance creates a loving, supportive atmosphere which also helps each person dig deeper into their healing than they would alone.
