1. Who this agreement is between

This Agreement is a legal contract between Sovereign Success LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Leandra Rose (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), and you, the individual enrolling in the Program (“you”, “your”).

It applies the moment you purchase, and it covers your participation in 28 Days to Visibility (the “Program”).

This Agreement sits on top of the Sovereign Success LLC website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at leandrarose.com/terms-of-service and leandrarose.com/privacy-policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Where this Agreement and the site Terms conflict on anything specific to this Program, this Agreement wins.

2. What you are buying

The Program includes:

• 4 modules, one per visibility archetype, each with a teaching video and a separate guided somatic practice
• 28 daily challenges held inside the modules
• One workbook per module
• Live round (September 2026 only): 4 live calls with Leandra on Tuesday, September 22, Tuesday, September 29, Tuesday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 2pm Pacific/Arizona. Each call runs approximately one hour and is recorded.
• Private Telegram group: opens with the live round and closes Tuesday, October 27, 2026
• Fast-start bonus: THRESHOLD, a 90 minute somatic workshop

Module content is delivered through the Kajabi member portal at leandrarose.com/library. The live calls, the Telegram group and their dates apply to the September 2026 live round only and are not part of any later enrollment.

We may adjust call dates or times if something unavoidable comes up. If we do, we will tell you as far in advance as we can, and the call will still be recorded and posted.

3. Payment

Price. $497 in full, or 2 payments of $250 (total $500) where the payment plan is offered.

Payment plan. If you choose the payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge the card you used at checkout for the second installment on its scheduled date. A payment plan splits when you pay. It does not reduce what you owe. The full balance is owed whether or not you use the Program.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you. We may suspend your access until the balance clears, and we may pursue an unpaid balance through collections. You are responsible for reasonable costs of collection.

Discount codes. Promotional codes apply only while active and only to the offer they are attached to. An expired code cannot be applied retroactively.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem, email us first. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of this Agreement, and we reserve the right to terminate your access, keep the fees paid, and recover our costs of responding.

4. Refunds and the guarantee

All sales are final, with one exception.

The completion guarantee. If you do week one's work and nothing shifts for you, email your completed week one workbook, plus proof that you did the daily challenges, to [email protected] within 10 days of the Program start date of September 22, 2026, and we will refund you in full. That gives you the seven days of week one plus three days to send it in. The deadline is Friday, October 2, 2026.

To be clear about the terms of that guarantee:

• The 10 day window runs from September 22, 2026, not from your purchase date. It closes October 2, 2026.
• A completed week one workbook is required. Not a partial one.
• Proof that you did the daily work is required. Screenshots, photos of your notes, journal pages, whatever you actually have.
• The request must arrive by email inside the 10 day window. Requests after the window has closed cannot be honored.
• One refund per person. A refund ends your access to the Program, the bonus and the community, and you agree to stop using and to delete all materials.

Outside of this guarantee, no refunds are issued for any reason, including changing your mind, not having time, unused access, or removal from the Program under Section 9.

UK and EU participants. You may hold statutory cancellation rights. By enrolling and accessing Program materials before the 14 day withdrawal period ends, you expressly request early performance and acknowledge your right of withdrawal is extinguished on access. Nothing here overrides rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Your access

Your access to the modules, the practices and the workbooks continues for as long as the Company offers the Program. If we ever retire the Program, we will give you at least 30 days notice so you can download your materials.

Access is personal to you. It is not transferable, shareable or assignable. Sharing your login is grounds for termination under Section 9.

Access depends on our course platform (currently Kajabi) remaining available. Platform outages and changes outside our control are not a breach of this Agreement.

6. Health, safety and your own responsibility

This matters more than anything else in this document. Please read it.

The Program teaches breathwork and somatic practices, including the Surrender Breath Method™, True Self Retrieval™ (a guided hypnosis and inner child process), Ancestral Voice Activation, and the Life Force Breath Method.

Breathwork is a physical practice. It can cause lightheadedness, tingling, muscle tightening, temperature changes, strong emotion, crying, shaking, and the surfacing of memories or sensations. This is common, and it is still not for everyone.

Do not participate, or get written clearance from your physician first, if any of the following apply to you: pregnancy; epilepsy or a seizure disorder; cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of heart attack or stroke; an aneurysm, personal or in your immediate family; glaucoma or retinal detachment; asthma (and if you participate, keep your inhaler with you); osteoporosis or a recent physical injury or surgery; a diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis or another condition where dissociation is a risk; if you are currently in a mental health crisis; or if you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

You agree that:

• You will never do a breathwork or hypnosis practice while driving, operating machinery, in water, or anywhere a change in consciousness could hurt you or anyone else.
• You will practice somewhere safe, seated or lying down, where you can stop at any moment.
• You will stop immediately if you feel unwell, and you will seek medical help if you need it.
• You have considered your own physical and mental health and you take full responsibility for your decision to participate.
• You will keep your own licensed care in place. Nothing here replaces treatment, medication or a therapist.

This is education, not treatment. Leandra Rose is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or counselor. The Program is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment or mental health care. No practitioner-patient or therapist-client relationship is created by enrolling.

7. What we do not promise

Testimonials and client stories shared in marketing or inside the Program are individual experiences. They are not typical and they are not a promise.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, transformation, healing, emotional result, audience growth, number of clients, or amount of money. Business and visibility content is educational only. Any figures used are illustrative. What you get out of this depends on your effort, your history, your capacity and your circumstances, which are yours and not ours.

Nothing in the Program is legal, tax, accounting, financial or medical advice. Take those questions to a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Ours stays ours. All Program content, including the videos, audio practices, workbooks, challenges, frameworks, the four archetype model, the named methods, slides, and anything shared on the live calls, is the exclusive property of Sovereign Success LLC.

Your license. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal and professional development. That is all.

You may not: copy, share, resell, sublicense, publish, post or distribute any materials; record, screenshot or transcribe live calls; use the content or methods to teach, coach or train anyone else; feed the materials into an AI system for training or reproduction; or create derivative works. These restrictions survive the end of this Agreement.

Confidentiality of the container. Other participants will share personal things on calls and in the Telegram group. What is shared there stays there. Do not repeat, screenshot, quote or identify another participant outside the group, during the Program or after it. This obligation is permanent. You will be removed without refund if you violate this clause.

Recordings. Live calls are recorded and shared with participants. If you turn on your camera, speak, or type in the chat, you may appear in the recording. If you would rather not, keep your camera off and send your questions privately. We will not use a recording of you in public marketing without asking you first.

9. Community conduct and removal

Be decent. Do not harass, demean, proselytize to, spam, solicit or sell to other participants. Do not share anyone's private information. Do not give medical, psychiatric or legal advice to other participants.

We may limit, suspend or remove you from the Program, the calls and the community at any time, without refund, if you breach this Agreement, disrupt the container, or make the space unsafe or unpleasant for others. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 survive removal, and your obligation to pay any outstanding balance survives too.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVEREIGN SUCCESS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES, INCLUDING LEANDRA ROSE, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM OR THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

11. Assumption of risk and indemnification

You voluntarily assume all risk associated with participating in the Program and with performing any breathwork, movement, hypnosis or somatic practice taught in it, whether on a live call or on your own.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sovereign Success LLC, its members, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your participation in the Program, your use of the materials, or your breach of this Agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If a dispute comes up, you agree to contact us first and to try in good faith to resolve it directly for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved that way will be settled by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

13. The rest

Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the site Terms and Privacy Policy, is the whole agreement between us about the Program, and it replaces anything said before it, in writing or in conversation.

Amendment. We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page, leandrarose.com/28dtv-agreement. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to your enrollment.

Severability. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.

Communication. By enrolling you agree to receive Program emails at the address you used at checkout. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, but we will still send you emails needed to run the Program.

Support. Reply to your welcome email or write to [email protected]. We will take care of you.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing the Program, checking the agreement box at checkout, or accessing any Program material, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Agreement and you understand it
• You accept and agree to be bound by it
• You have read Section 6 in full and you take full responsibility for your participation
• You are at least 18 years old
• You understand the refund terms in Section 4 and that all sales are otherwise final
