Because I know exactly what it feels like to be a woman struggling with crippling self doubt, limiting beliefs, and low self worth. I lived for far too long not knowing I was worthy of my desires so I kept them hidden and I played small.
I was a woman who tried hard to please others thinking that would get me the love I so craved but instead left me feeling deeply alone. I was a woman who grew resentful that no matter how much I gave of myself to others it didn’t seem to come back to me.
I felt overwhelmed by life and despite hustling hard I never seemed to make enough money to get anywhere. I was a woman with big dreams who felt stuck, trapped, and like a victim of life & circumstance.
Until I learned that I was worthy. Worthy of my dreams, worthy of taking up space of being heard, being seen, and being loved and supported.

This powerful process is what broke me free from limiting beliefs, opened me to a whole new possibility for my life and ignited my purpose. After my first Breath of Love experience I became a certified facilitator of the work and am now an Advanced Teacher leading certification courses for new facilitators.
In my 4+ years facilitating Breath of Love sessions around the world, I have witnessed the immense power of this process to break people free from chronic pain, crippling self doubt, overwhelming anxiety and fear.
I have watched once fearful women take quantum leaps in their relationships, life, and purpose that they never thought was possible.
I’ve seen these women go from perfectionistic, people pleasers who always felt depleted to becoming empowered, self expressed, magnetic women who radiate confidence and attract abundance where ever they go.

I’m a Woman’s Transformational Coach, Speaker, Author, and founder of The Radiant Rebellion: a mission driven movement to help women break free from the overwhelm of hustle and grind so they can rise, shine, and thrive in their full radiance.
For the past 20 years, I have dedicated my life to studying human potential, personal development, and self mastery. I first brought this potent body of wisdom to my kindergarten classroom where I worked to ensure that my students knew how to access their true nature, unique gifts, and genius. And I helped their parents learn to release control, overcome fear and create safe space for their children & themselves to fully emerge.
But I was doing all of this while still playing small trying to squeeze myself into an institutional box. Let me put it plainly: it wasn’t a good fit.
I was burning the candle at both ends.
Always overwhelmed.
Exhausted.

Lacking boundaries and feeling sick, tired, and broke all the time despite working really hard.
